The DEXATEK Thread Border Router is powered by a high-performance ARM Cortex-A7 processor (900MHz) and supports multiple communication protocols including Zigbee, Wi-Fi (2.4GHz/5GHz), Bluetooth, Thread, Matter, and RS485, with an optional 4G version available. It can manage up to 128 devices simultaneously, enabling fast data collection, edge computing, and real-time bidirectional control.

Built on the AWS IoT Core architecture, it leverages the MQTT protocol for low-latency data transmission, secured with X.509 certificates and TLS encryption for end-to-end protection. With support for remote OTA updates, automatic fault recovery, and command retransmission, it delivers a scalable and reliable hub solution for smart factories, energy management, and building automation.
